There are a variety of career paths, from lodging operations, to special events planning, to travel services. To succeed in this industry, it takes someone with an ability to be a problem solver, be people-oriented and be an effective communicator.  

Minneapolis Business College offers both a 10-month diploma and a 16-month Associate of Applied Science degree.

Our industry-tested faculty members have all worked in the travel and hospitality industry. They bring a wealth of insider knowledge that can be invaluable to your career. You will also spend 8-weeks in an externship where you can practice what you’ve learned while making valuable industry contacts.

During the program, students spend time in an externship where they practice what they’ve learned and make valuable industry contacts. Many of our graduates are hired directly by their externship sites after graduation!
